Extended Stay America Suites - Jackson - Ridgeland

The hotel was close by many stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were both friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here in the future.

Breakfast was pathetic. That wasn’t even a breakfast. You already know that but chose to mislead us and act as if what was offered was ok. Why do you do things that way? That would seem to be a poor business strategy.
